I generally ship out all purchases 1-5 business days after payment is cleared, with the exception of CUSTOM orders. 

I will ship CUSTOM orders once the time-frame noted in the listing is complete or what was discussed between the buyer and myself. After shipping the order, I will provide you with the tracking number of the package. I will also follow up the package to ensure that it is delivered in good condition.

Size limit for shipping

Shipping depends on a variety of factors including size of canvas, weight and destination.
There are some limits for delivering stretched canvas by regular postal service. I will discuss with you the options for delivery at the time of purchase. The size limits for stretched canvas may be different from country to country. The paintings that are larger than the size limit will be shipped unstretched (the canvas only).

Authenticity and gift wrapping

Here you are buying directly from the artist (Signed by the artist, Certificate of Authenticity offered).
Each certificate of authenticity will include my name and will be signed by me, Elena Parau. 

If you’re buying an item as a gift, please provide me the name of the gift recipient. I can also ship to the address of the recipient of your gift.

Art on hold

If you see a piece that you love it and you can’t make an immediate payment, please just send a message to me. I am very flexible with the collectors of my art. I can hold the painting for you for a period of time.

For Commission Painting

If you have seen a painting that moves you, feel free to send a message and I will get back to you. Although I only sell original art and I keep creating new paintings, I can create art that is similar to an already sold painting. Of course the painting will be similar, but it will have the unique touch of the moment of creation.

I can do also CUSTOM REQUESTS (different size, colors etc.)

Packaging

The items are shipped in a cardboard box or a tube.

The box is made entirely by me. I only buy cardboard plates. Stretched paintings will be packed in a box depending on its dimension. I apply bubble wrap over the painted side of the canvas. After that, I wrap it in Polyethylene / PE film, and again with bubble wrap if necessary.
For over-sized paintings, I will roll the canvas having 2 layers of Polyethylene / PE film and 2 of bubble wrap over the painted side of the canvas and one of Polyethylene / PE film under it. After that I wrap it in stretch film, roll it and insert it in a tube.
